Good to be covered
A very good policy for a nominal fee . the added income protection insurance was a bonus i had the misfortune of having to claim but the team at Mark Bates we’re very understanding and helpful what could have been a difficult period turn out to be stress free and very simple to claim would strongly recommend these guys for anyone looking for a self employed complete package i’m on my third year and have complete confidence in my policy for year ahead.

I could (&did) try my scooter in the shop. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the scooter and explained and demonstrated the functions clearly. All the staff were polite and welcoming without any pressure and answered my questions Patiently and fully.

I went to Cavendish Mobility whom I had already spoken to regarding insurance for my new scooter Jo had highly recommended Mark Bates Insurance. Jo then filled the forms in for me online. I had a text and email soon after.

Yes. If you damage property or injure someone when using your wheelchair and they claim against you, you're covered up to £2 million public liability.
Unfortunately our Manual Wheelchair Insurance doesn’t cover you for sporting activities.
Provided you store your equipment as advised in our policy wording, our geographical coverage includes anywhere in the UK. We also offer 90 days worldwide cover (terms and conditions apply).
The monthly direct debit facility is only available for products valued more than £3,000. There is a £10 administration charge included within your monthly instalments.
You'll need our Powered Add-On Insurance instead.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide cover for multiple users of the equipment.
