Skills for Care have created the ‘Employing personal assistants toolkit’ which is a guide designed to help you through the process of employing a personal care assistant. The toolkit can help you understand what responsibilities you have as an employer and discusses the benefits employing a personal assistant can bring through to dealing with problems.
