Our aim for 2019 was to make it even easier to boost your business sales. We’ve been hard at work introducing more subsidiary products available to your customers and also making sure you have all the tools you need to succeed. Since launching our sales dashboard in January, it has gone from strength to strength. It is allowing you to set up policies easier and find out exactly who’s on cover at any point. Today we introduce the most significant update since launch - say hello to all your reporting in one place.
The feedback from our partners has been overwhelming. We knew that launching our portal would be a huge step forward; we didn’t realise just how much. From today you will notice a new box on your home page called My Reports, this will graph and display all the information you need. This will include commissions, breakdowns per policy and comparisons to last years sales. Helping you see the sales you are making and importantly how much commission you are receiving.
We understand that this is not the be-all and end-all for all business, but we hope this will help you know what’s happening when you sell our products. If you are unable to see the update or are having trouble understanding it, then please give us a call on 01476 513789.
The new dashboard layout will include a link to the latest reporting section. Once you click this, you will be presented with a wealth of information and every report you can think of.
There is an additional step in the application process, allowing you to add a named person who may deal with the policy. This could be a family member or carer, anyone that would like to be contacted about the policy instead of the insured person.
When viewing 'my policies' you will now notice an extra button. Clicking this allows you to add an additional policy for this customer. This will enable you to skip straight to the policy selection if, for example, your customer also wants to take an extended warranty.
During the application screen, you will see the marketing permission now require an answer. We have added this to make sure your customer has the option to hear from us. We DO NOT bombard the customer with information; this is to allow us to contact them for renewal and also offer other products.
