A Sneak Peek at Our New Look

The year is 1994, this may not immediately stand out as a big year for some. To add some context let’s take you back to a year of big things – Forest Gump and Lion King were in the cinema, ‘Love is all around’ by Wet Wet Wet spent what felt like the whole year at number one, and a new US sitcom ‘Friends’ was just about to sweep the nation. It was also the year our journey began, Mark Bates Ltd was born.
Back then we only had 2 people working tirelessly around the clock to provide cover for electrical goods. Mark Bates saw an ideal opportunity to offer far better customer service to a sector of society that needed it most. Catering for the over 50s and disabled people, The Premier Care range began with insurance for Mobility Scooters. Today our family run business has grown to a team of 54 members of staff, innovating 11 different types of cover available under the Premier Care range.
Over the last 21 years we have been using two logos, one for our Premier Care product range and another for our organisation Mark Bates Ltd. Our customers may know us as one, or both and we realised that this can sometimes be a little confusing. With customer service being our number one concern – we have merged the two brands into one new logo.
What’s happening to Premier Care?
Absolutely nothing! Our product range of insurance and warranty cover will still be the very same market leading range it always has been. We remain, and always will be the family run and family owned business that was started by Mark Bates back in 1994. We have used this opportunity to bring our logo and product brochures up to the 21st century.
Over the next few months we are going to be updating all our brochures and documentation with a fresh new design to match our new logo. We are also hard at work creating a brand new website which will make buying and managing your Premier Care policies far quicker and easier. So keep your eyes peeled for an exciting new look from Mark Bates Ltd.
