Gabrielle did all the co-ordinating....l booking the tow truck and so on. She was very kind and caring to my medical requirements in addition to my having broke down. The neaest available tow truck was in Pontypool and the local taxis had been abducted by aliens all of this was covered by my insurance

Up until now, very good and helpfull. But the national Breakdown text no for deaf people does not work!. I'm sure this can be put right by the Mark Bates team though.
