Had pleasant conversations with staff ,they were very helpful when I needed to review my policy .

The customer service lady helped me sort out what I needed to do. She did so with great patience and kindness. I had cause to ring again as I was unsure about something and, again, the customer service lady was so very patient and helped me find my account information on the app which I had trouble finding. This was my fault, I was pressing on the wrong part of the app. Once the lady directed me to the page I needed to be on I found all my information there and was very relieved and grateful for the help I got. I felt listened to and not rushed at all. I tend to overthink things and sometimes get myself in a mess but thanks to the lady I spoke to today I ended the call feeling much better and, dare I say, confident. At least I know if I get stuck again there is a great customer service team who I have every faith will give me as much help as necessary. Thank you so much.
