Mark Bates Ltd is proud to be the headline sponsor of the National Championships and is excited to be able to support the pinnacle event of the competition calendar. Our partnership with Table Tennis England covers all three National Championships, including all Senior, Cadet & Junior and U10-U13 tournaments until the end of the 2027-28 season.
As well as providing financial support to the sport, we want to be able to provide Table Tennis England, the players, coaches, volunteers and members with the best value insurance policies. For each policy sold an additional donation will be made to Table Tennis England highlighting our commitment to the sport.

Our founder and managing director (Mark Bates) is particularly excited about this opportunity. Not only did his children regularly represent their country, but our business currently employs four ex-national champions.

Who Are We?
Mark Bates Ltd was founded in 1994, following a successful number of years underwriting warranty for the technology industry. The aim was to offer the very best policies on the market and from its start in Mark's garage, the business proved a wake-up call to the industry and has grown into a specialist in mobility and home employment insurance.
In the last few years, we have diversified our insurance offerings to meet the needs of our growing customer base. Every policy we produce is meticulously designed to provide the best possible cover at a price that is affordable to those that need it. These policies provide a safety net when things go wrong. How Are We Helping Table Tennis England?
Our funding and support will hopefully push Table Tennis to the next level, helping to give the sport the exposure it deserves. Alongside supporting TTE at major events such as the National Championships, we give extra support for each policy sold to a member.
