Yes, we also provide some excellent additional cover such as:

  • Additional holiday cost – up to 20% if the caravan is made uninhabitable.
  • Loss of keys – cost of replacing lost/stolen keys and locks covered.
  • Ground rent – 90 days of ground rent covered if the caravan is made uninhabitable.
  • Emergency access – cover from any damaged caused by an emergency access.

You can pay for your insurance in full by credit/ debit card, cheque, postal order and BACS transfer. If you would like to pay in monthly instalments you can speak to one of our advisers.

The water intake to the caravan must be turned off at the mains stopcock. All taps and showers should be turned off and left open, plugholes left unobstructed, toilets flushed and the water drained from the cistern.  Alternately the caravan can have a central heating system which is maintaining a temperature of no less than 15 degrees centigrade.

Your insurance policy is underwritten and managed by Oasis Cover Ltd. Oasis Cover Ltd are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 744721.

We do not cover for theft of contents when the caravan is unoccupied unless entry to the caravan is gained by forcible or violent means. We also do not cover any damage by domestic pets and damage from freezing between 1st November and the 31st March unless winter precautions are adhered to.
